2018年12月11日理工學院AI教師社群邀請婁世鐘教授演講，講題為「A New Group of Convolutional Neural Networks That Can Produce an Identical Output Result when the Input Vector is Transformed」

婁教授曾服務於Georgetown University Medical Center，目前服務於Virginia Tech的Arlington Innovation Center，1993年開始研究CNN及醫學影像分析，CNN是深度神經網路中最有名的Convolutuonal Neural Network。

12月婁教授亦受邀至科技部資助的幾個大學人工智慧中心(包括南科AI Robot、亞洲大學AI中心、成大醫院、清大資工及交大電機)給予講座及工作坊。
